DESCRIPTION

A premium cane sugar molasses with a light brown color, clean taste, and smooth caramel aroma. This product is unsulphured with the highest amount of total sugars to accent traditional, ethnic and fusion foods with light to medium berry, fruit, herb, nut, spice and tropical flavor profiles.

APPLICATION
