Molasses is derived from sugarcane and is typically more viscous than other liquid sweeteners. It can provide sweetness for a variety of baked goods, confections, sauces, cereals, processed food products and more. Each kind of molasses has different flavor profiles that complement and enhance applications.
Molasses gives color to food products and can act as a bulking agent. It also promotes browning in crumbs and crust. All of our molasses options are Non-GMO Project Verified and Kosher certified.
