Brown Rice Syrup is made from hydrolyzed brown rice, resulting in a caramel brown colored syrup with a low flavor profile. The light color and flavor boosts light to medium colors and fruit, herb, nut, vegetable, and spicy flavors.  Brown Rice Syrup acts as a binder and humectant in products, and it adds shelf stability to minimize the need for additives and preservatives.

APPLICATION
