DESCRIPTION
Tapioca Syrup is a light brown syrup with a low flavor profile. The syrup’s light color boosts light to medium colors, and its subtle taste profile is an ideal complement to fruit, herb, hearty nut, vegetable, and savory spicy flavors. Derived from the cassava or yucca root, it contains no allergens, and it is gluten-free and vegan. Tapioca Syrup adds shelf stability to products, minimizing the need for additives and preservatives.
