STORAGE:
Set & Match® Icing Sugar is recommended to be stored at temperatures less than 80°F and relative humidities below 70%.

DONUT GLAZE FORMULA:
- 50 lbs. Set & Match® Icing Sugar
- 5 to 6 Quarts Hot Tap Water
1) Add 50 lbs Set & Match into mixing bowl.
2) Add 3 quarts of hot tap water into mixing bowl.
3) Mix at slow speed for 2 minutes or until smooth.
4) Mix at medium speed for 3 minutes, while adding remaining water or as needed
to create desired donut glazing consistency.
5) Pour donut glaze into glazing pan.
6) Dip hot donuts into donut glaze and allow to drain dry.
