Icing Sugar is recommended to be stored at temperatures
less than 80°F and relative humidities below 70%.

5 to 6 Quarts Hot Tap Water |
 |
1)
Add 50 lbs Set & Match into mixing bowl. |
 |
2)
Add 3 quarts of hot tap water into mixing bowl. |
 |
3)
Mix at slow speed for 2 minutes or until smooth. |
 |
4)
Mix at medium speed for 3 minutes, while adding remaining
water or as needed
to
create desired donut glazing consistency. |

5)
Pour donut glaze into glazing pan. |
 |
6)
Dip hot donuts into donut glaze and allow to drain dry. |
