PROCEDURE:

Blend all of the dry ingredients. Set aside.

Mix together the ketchup, vinegar, and worcestershire sauce.

Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients. Stir until mixture is well-blended.

Use with chicken, beef, or pork. Refrigerate unused portion.
