Qwik-Flo® Molasses Granules
FreshVert® Invert Sugar (Cream)
All-Purpose Flour
Butter or Margarine
Eggs, Whole
Water
Vanilla Extract, 1-Fold
Baking Powder

PROCEDURE:

Mix together Qwik-Flo® Molasses Granules, FreshVert® Invert Sugar, water and salt. Blend in butter.

Add eggs and vanilla extract. Mix until thoroughly blended.

In a separate bowl, sift together flour and baking powder. Add to other ingredients. After this mixture is mixed well, chill for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes remove the dough from the refrigerator and roll it out to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut into shapes using cookie cutters.

Place onto an ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes. Immediately remove from cookie sheet.
