PROCEDURE:

Combine all of the ingredients. Mix until well-blended.

Mix together 200 ml of water and 264.93 g of batter mix. Coat chicken pieces or fish with the mixed batter and deep-fry:

350° F for 5-7 minutes for chicken
350° F for 2-4 minutes for fish

Drain off the excess oil before serving.
