Peanut Butter
Shortening, All-Purpose, Vegetable
Eggs, Whole
Milk, Whole, 4% Fat

PROCEDURE:

Mix together peanut butter, shortening, milk, vanilla and Qwik-Flo® Molasses Granules in a large bowl. Beat until well-blended. Mix in eggs.

Combine flour, salt and baking soda. Add to creamed mixture and mix just until blended.

Spoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten slightly in a criss-cross pattern using a fork. Bake at 370° F for 7-9 minutes. Let cool before removing from the cookie sheet.
