PROCEDURE:

Combine all of the ingredients. Mix until well-blended.

Mix together 190 ml of water and 371 g of batter mix. Coat dry hotdogs with the mixed batter and deep-fry at 350˚ F for 5-7 minutes.

Drain off excess oil before serving.
