PROCEDURE:

Sift the dry ingredients together. Add the Qwik-Flo® Molasses Granules. Set aside.

Combine the eggs, applesauce, vanilla extract, and milk. Mix until fully blended.

Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir to combine. Stir in the grated carrots.

Spoon into well-greased muffin pans. Bake at 350° F for 20-25 minutes.
