PROCEDURE:

Mix the raisins, boiling water, and half of the bran flakes in a medium bowl. Set aside.

In a large bowl combine the rest of the ingredients. Add the raisin mixture and mix
until fully blended.

Spoon mixture into well-greased muffin pans. Bake at 400° F for 20 minutes.
