PROCEDURE:

Dissolve together cold water and gelatin. Set aside.

In another bowl, mix Freshvert® Invert Sugar and corn syrup and set aside.

Mix Qwik-Flo® Honey Granules with 140.00 g water and boil to 232° F. Pour this into bowl with corn syrup mixture. Cool to 140° F.

Add gelatin mixture and mix until homogeneous. Cool to 130° F. Beat mixture at high speed until thick and fluffy. Slowly blend in vanilla. Pour into molds or pans and lightly coat with corn starch. Let set overnight for best results.
