PROCEDURE:

Mix Qwik-Flo® Honey Granules, whipping cream, milk, corn syrup and salt in a large, heavy pan. Bring to a boil, cover and let cook for three minutes. Uncover and cook over low heat until mixture reaches 234° F.

Remove from heat and cool to 110° F. Stir in vanilla.

Pour into rubber molds or buttered pan. Let set overnight.
