PROCEDURE:

Whisk gelatin and cold water together. Place in warm water bath for 2 hours, allowing air bubbles to escape. The gelatin mixture should be clear when ready to use.

Mix together Qwik-Flo® Honey Granules, corn syrup and water. Place over heat and let boil to 240° F.

Cool to 190° F. Mix in clear gelatin. Pour into warm, dry starch molds. Let set overnight.
