PROCEDURE: Mix together crumb topping ingredients and set aside.

For batter, sift flour, baking powder and salt. Beat eggs until light and thick. Add Qwik-Flo® Honey Granules while beating. Stir in butter. Add the dry ingredients alternately with milk and beat smooth.

Spread half of the batter on the bottom of the greased 8”x8”x2” pan. Sprinkle with half of the crumbs. Cover with the rest of the batter and top with the rest of the crumbs. Bake at 350°F for 50-60 minutes. Let cool before removing from the pan.
