PROCEDURE: Combine cornmeal, flour, baking powder, salt and Qwik-Flo® Honey Granules. Set aside.

Combine egg, milk, and shortening. Add all at once to flour-cornmeal mixture and stir only until all of the flour is dampened.

Spoon into well-greased muffin pans. Bake at 400° F for twenty (20) minutes.
