Dissolve the yeast in the water. Set aside.
Blend the dry ingredients. Add the yeast mixture and mix. Knead for 3-5 minutes and coat with oil. Cover and set in a warm place to let rise for three (3) hours.
Punch down the dough and divide in half. Each half makes one (1) pizza. Shape into pizza crust and add toppings.
Bake at 475° F for 11 minutes.
