Dry blend the Envision®, Glaz-sure, cocoa, cream powder, non-fat dry milk, corn
syrup solids, dextrose and salt.
Melt the butter with the water over a double boiler.
Slowly add the dry blended mixture while stirring into the butter and water. Heat, while stirring, until it reaches 140° F.
Remove from heat and add the vanilla extract. Mix well and pour into pans.
