PROCEDURE:

In a microwavable bowl or cup, combine the water and Envision®.

Microwave on HIGH until the temperature reaches 100°C.

Spray this mixture into a rotating pan containing the cereal you wish to coat. Add in the topping and let mix until the cereal is well coated.

Dry in a 250°F oven for 20 minutes.

  NOTE: When using Super Envision® Flavor and Texture Modifier, use 1/8 the amount of Envision called for in formula and make up the difference with sugar. For a new formula, add Super Envision‚ at between 0.5% and 1.0% as a starting point.
