In a medium mixing bowl, cream together the sugars, Envision® and butter. Set aside.
In another bowl, beat the egg whites until soft peaks form. Set aside.
Sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda. Add this mixture to the sugars. Add the water and mix well.
Gently fold in the egg whites. Add the pecans and chocolate chips.
Pour into 9”x13” pan and bake at 325˚ F for 25-30 minutes.
