PROCEDURE:

Place half of the AMERFOND®, corn syrup, water, salt, invertase and flavor into bowl of an upright mixer. Mix well.

Add the remaining AMERFOND®, mix well.

Add the butter, blend well.

Allow batch to stand for 15-20 minutes or until firm.

Roll, form or extrude into centers.

Coat with chocolate.
