PROCEDURE:

In a kettle, combine water, cream powder, salt, FreshVert® and Brownulated®. Heat, while stirring to 170º F.

Add butter and mix until melted. Add the AMERFOND®, maple flavor and pecans.

Mix well and heat to 160º F.

Add invertase.

Deposit or spoon onto wax paper. When cool, remove from the paper and place directly on cooling rack to allow bottoms to dry.
