PROCEDURE:

Place the gelatin and water into a mixing kettle. Gently heat to dissolve the gelatin.

Add all other ingredients, except half of the AMERFOND®, and continue to mix while heating.

When the mix reaches a fluid-like texture, add the remaining AMERFOND®.

Heat 155º - 160º F.

Deposit by funnel or by machine into rubber mats or wax paper.

Remove from mats or paper when set, allow bottoms to dry before packing.
