PROCEDURE:

Place the water and gelatin into a double boiler. Mix until gelatin is dissolved.

Add the granulated sugar. Continue to heat and mix until sugar is fully dissolved.

Add the AMERFOND® and mix constantly. Continue to heat until 155-160°F.

Add the flavor and mix well.

Deposit onto rubber mats or wax paper.
