Place AMERFOND® and water into a double boiler or remelt kettle.
While gently heating, add frappe, invertase, salt, coconut and flavor.
With mixing, gradually heat to 120º - 125º F.
Spoon onto waxed paper to form kisses (OR) form into 2-3” cakes (OR) roll, form (OR) extrude onto centers, which may be partially coated with chocolate. |
