Mix the FreshVert® and water (1). Add coconut, mix well and set aside. Place the frappe, water, invertase, salt, flavor and half of the AMERFOND®
into the bowl of an upright beater or dough mixer. Mix
well.
Add the remaining AMERFOND®.
Mix well.
Add the moistened coconut, mix slowly to distribute.
Do not over mix.
Scrape down bowl or mixer several times until the batch
is uniform.
Form into egg shapes.
Coat with chocolate.
