Place Brownulated®, corn syrup, salt and evaporated milk into a double boiler or a remelt kettle. While mixing, heat to 160°F to dissolve sugar.
Remove from heat, add melted cottonseed oil flakes and butter. Mix until combined.
Place in a bowl of an upright beater or dough mixer. Add the AMERFOND® and mix well.
Add the frappe and flavor, mix until uniform, while scraping down bowl or mixer several times.
Roll, form or extrude into centers.
Coat with chocolate. |
