PROCEDURE:

Place the AMERFOND®, evaporate milk, salt, FreshVert® and corn syrup into a double boiler. Heat, while stirring, to 160º F.

Remove from heat and add the butter. Stir in the chocolate liquor and mix until melted. The temperature should be approximately 140º F.

Add the frappe, flavor and nuts. Mix well.

Pour into heavy, waxed or silicone paper-lined trays, pans or boxes.
