Place the Brownulated®, corn syrup, salt and water into a kettle. Heat, while stirring to 170º F.
Add butter and melted cottonseed oil flakes, mix until combined.
Add AMERFOND®, frappe and pecans. Mix well.
Heat, with mixing to 160º F.
Pour onto wax paper. Allow to cool and then cut into strips.
Dip in a low cooked caramel and roll in pecans.
Cut to desired size. |
